  The place is falling apart. It was probably nice about 30 years ago. They put up curtains to hide areas that were in really bad disrepair (Missing floor and ceilings, worn out rugs, parking lot so bad you need to park on the grass etc) We had a party of 9 on a friday evening in July 2015 and the place was almost empty. The view would be nice but the large windows were so dirty it appears they have not been cleaned in years. They also have no shades or blinds so the setting sun is right in your face when you eat.
  The food was not good. We sent back some items that were not fresh. Lump crab was stringy and appeared to be out of a can. The steamers were bad. The lobster uncleaned. The popovers they are known for "could not be made that evening" for some reason....
  The waitress was friendly but made many mistakes with the orders which we let go.... She tried and she also kept apologizing for the kitchen and the food.
  When we went to the manager to discuss our dining experience he became nasty and confrontational. In fact, he intentionally cancelled our reservation on Open Table so we would not be able to submit a follow up review.
  Move on - You can find better places in the area. Let this place die a slow death like its parent restaurant in Boston did (Anthony's on Pier4).

  I stopped in for a drink and some nostalgia...but.
  What a dump, surprised it is still allowed to stay open, the building is falling apart. Floors are caving in and the place filthy.
  With gaping holes in the place you know it is infested with mice and insects.
  
  The place was almost empty but the jerk manager was arguing with the few customers. The popovers were not available because of failed kitchen equipment so I can only imagine the state of the neglected kitchen.
